  • Youth athletes boys/girls (Grades 6-12) who are serious about taking their skills to the next level in preparation of receiving a college scholarship. Sports-specific training for the following sports: Track & Field, Football, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, Hockey and more!

  • Our focus is to assist all Speed Camp athletes in:

    •Obtaining a free college education.

    •Injury preventative exercises, stretches and drills. 

    •Improve athlete’s linear, lateral & multi-directional movements on the field/court.

    •We teach young athletes to reach their full potential in athletics which translates to success in all aspects of life. 

    •Speed Camp provides the much needed mentorship while instilling self-discipline which builds the character of a scholar-athlete.

    WE DO NOT REPEAT WORKOUTS. Each workout is uniquely designed for continued development and progress.

  • Speed is one of the most important qualities for an athlete’s athleticism. It not only turns heads and gives the athlete an advantage over the competition, but greatly enhances the chance of receiving college scholarships and potentially signing a professional contract down the road.

  • •Speed Camp uses a wide variety of speed, agility and plyometric-enhancement equipment and drills. 
    •Our workouts and drills are designed to create explosive, quick and fast athletes for all field/court sports.
