In each class you will have your heart rate and calories closely monitored and displayed on the jumbo screen through our MyZone heart rate system. ReckFit’s HIIT heavy bag fitness boxing class pushes you to your limit with the goal of burning as many calories while shedding ounces of fat per class. Each punch thrown and landed on the heavy bags is monitored and counted through our digital punch trackers. This feature is added to further motivate each member to give it their all in each round of boxing. At ReckFit, we have one rule - Give us your absolute maximum effort every second and every repetition in every class. We guarantee you will achieve your best results!

Check your progress every four weeks to keep track of your results in addition to receiving the exclusive ReckFit 42 Food Guide. Included in the session - Weight, Body Fat Analysis, Measurements, Nutritional Coaching as well as goal setting with a ReckFit trainer who will assist you in reaching all fitness goals. Leave your assessment session with a clear vision of the journey to achieve your goals and complete guide to achieve new levels of your success within the ReckFit program. (30 minute session)
