DRIP - our version of boot camp which involves the use of state of the art cardio, resistance training and core equipment to challenge your body to the max! (50 Minutes)
Equipment Needed:
Exercise Mat. Workout gloves optional.
Single Class Pass - class expires in 2 consecutive weeks.
Monthly Membership - classes expire in 4 consecutive weeks.
Maximum of 12 members per class. Class reservation required.
